I ordered my towel a while ago and it still hasn't arrived, where is it?

All towels are sent out on 2-3 working day delivery. If your towel has not turned up please contact info@youmeandthedream.com. We have a tracking number on all towels sent out and we will do our best to find out where it is. 

 

 

Do you provide refund or exchange?

We exchange faulty items however do not refund purchases if you change your mind.

How should I take care of my towel  

 

Our towels are a premium and plush 100% cotton velour. While our towels are designed to be versatile and resilient, like anything you love, we'd suggest you look after it. That includes washing your towel in 30 degrees temperature and avoiding bleaching agents, tumble-drying and dry-cleaning. To maintain the vibrancy of pigments we also recommend drying it in the shade or bottom side-up.
